Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working

Orders placed after 7 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

We ship via DHL. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Express
delivery usually takes 1 working day. However, the final delivery timeframe will be
provided in your shipping confirmation.Please note, time may vary due to weather,

We’re unable to combine separate orders. Please make sure to add all desired

Returns are only accepted from individual (non-business) customers.
Products marked as non-refundable or non-exchangeable in their description
cannot be returned or exchanged.
You have the right to return products or you may request an exchange for a
different size or colour within 14 days of receiving your order. However, exchange
is the subject to product availability.

Once returned items are received, we can refund your payment within
